Every purchase puts you in the club, and the benefits vary depending on the package you choose – from annual packages with a single delivery to flexible orders and subscriptions. We are united by a desire for quality, knowledge and authentic rituals.
Gifts in the Bittergreen Club depend on the option selected. Annual packages include annual gifts (e.g. an additional 500 ml bottle, a metal funnel, free shipping and a voucher). With packages or subscriptions, you receive gifts based on the quantity or frequency of deliveries.
Delivery time depends on the option selected.
- Annual packages have one delivery per year (upon order or after the new harvest).
- With packages and individual purchases, you receive the oil immediately.
- For subscriptions, depending on the selected interval (every 4 or 6 months).
If you order too little, you can always place an additional order at the member price. If you order too much, the oil remains stable for several months if stored properly (dark, cool, sealed), so you can easily use it up gradually or share it further.
In the case of a subscription, you can also skip or change the delivery at any time if it doesn't suit you.
No, membership is not tied to a subscription.
You enter the club with every purchase, and a subscription is just one option for those who want automaticity.
Yes. You can change or cancel your subscription without any hidden costs or complications. Cancellation is quick and easy – you can manage everything in your user account or write to us at club@bittergreen.com and we will take care of it.
